A Not-So French Toast Recipe

Cooking has been my passion but I'm just hindered to do it because of too much work in school and in the store.   Thank God that now it's summer and it's time to cook cook cook!  For summer cooking 101, I had Utan Bicol first and you can get our own family's unique recipe here.  And recipe #2 for today is this complicated sort-of french toast my sissy June Ann had been desiring to cook (much eat).  So here it is.

Make a square at the center of a sliced bread.
Fry bacon until crisp and set aside.
Fry egg sunny side up inside the square of the sliced bread.
Cover egg with a slice of cheese.
Top with the detached square of the sliced bread.
Slice into half.
Top with lettuce and bacon.
Cover with the other half of the sandwich.
And voila!  We now have a complete meal for breakfast that's healthy and oh-so yummy!

Always log on to The Other Side of Mae for more recipes as I'm making the most out of this summer to get back to the thigns I truly love!  #tosomeats
